The ladies of the London Symphony Chorus will be appearing in the BBC PROMS 2016 in a performance of Mahler’s Symphony No. 3 at the Royal Albert Hall on Friday, 29th July at 7.00 pm.
This concert will mark the 50th-anniversary year of the first appearance of conductor Bernard Haitink at the PROMS, and promises to be a very special event. Sir Bernard will be conducting the London Symphony Orchestra with celebrated mezzo-soprano Sarah Connolly and the Tiffin Boys’ Choir.
